CELIA is a voice and performance coach, teaching artist, and working professional singer with over two decades of experience onstage, in the studio, and behind the scenes of the music industry. Her approach integrates solid vocal technique, performance preparation, and embodied presence, helping singers develop a voice that feels reliable, expressive, and truly their own.
As a performer, Celia has toured internationally, recorded and appeared onscreen with artists across genres — including Pink, Enrique Iglesias, Julia Fordham, Melody Gardot, Brandon Flowers, Burning Spear, and Randy Rainbow. She performs regularly and releases new music with her husband in the acoustic duo Petty Chavez. As a songwriter, her work has been licensed for television, film, and other media. These experiences continue to inform her teaching, offering students real-world insight into professional standards, collaboration, and sustainable vocal practice across genres and settings.
