After turning heads on the Americana in the Park stage in September 2025, BABILONIA returns to McCabe’s with songs from her debut EP If I Ever Think To Double Back and new work. Fronted by Celia Chavez — also one half of acoustic duo Petty Chavez — Babilonia’s music balances the misty hush of her Pacific Northwest roots with the electric glow of her adunopted homes in New York and Los Angeles. Chavez’s fluid voice, tempered by years on international stages with artists like Pink, Melody Gardot, and Enrique Iglesias, anchors an intimate set of beautifully crafted songs.

PI JACOBS draws inspiration from her unconventional upbringing in Northern California, where she was raised by “radical hippies, bohemians and nerds”.   She is signed to LA’s Blackbird Record Label, and her latest album, “Soldier On”  hit the  Americana Music Association Chart for over 16 weeks upon release. Live, Pi’s style blends roots-rock swagger and storytelling soul, that has drawn comparisons to Dolly Parton, and Lucinda Williams.  Armed with an old Gibson guitar,  and her “sultry (Claremont Courier), explosive (Glide) voice”, she creates a show that is “mesmerizing” (Americana Highways). In the words of San Luis Obispo’s New Times: “She might not heal you, but you’ll forget your problems for a few hours”.  Pi’s music has been heard on NPR, DittyTV, Austin Music TV, Americana Highways, American Songwriter Magazine, and regularly on radio tastemakers KCSN (LA) WMOT (Nashville)  WFUV (NYC), and stations across the globe.
